Requirements
Depending on the scope and location of your project, these requirements may include:
- state permits
- local permits, if the project is within city limits
- electrical, plumbing, and HVAC approvals
- inspections throughout the project
The Kentucky Public Protection Cabinet also provides an application guide for commercial building construction.
